Because each item is created specifically for your order, production and shipping times may vary slightly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and the print provider fulfilling your items.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your email address]. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties that may apply.
